Celebrate the season with your fellow code officials at the COEA 2026 Holiday Banquet!

When: Saturday, December 5, 2026, starting at 6:00 PM
Where: Shooters Waterfront, 3033 NE 32nd Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308
Dress code: Dress to impress

Your ticket includes:

• Passed hors d’oeuvres
• A three-course dinner with your choice of entrée
• 2-hour open bar
• Live DJ and dancing
• Photo booth

DINNER MENU

Passed Hors d’Oeuvres

• Coconut Shrimp – Chili-infused orange marmalade
• Caprese Skewer – Buffalo mozzarella, cherry tomato, basil pesto
• Skirt Steak Skewer – Mint chimichurri
• Chicken Satay Skewer – Teriyaki-bourbon glaze

Salad

• Greek Salad – Mixed greens, cherry tomato, marinated olives, cucumber, red onion, sweet bell pepper, crumbled feta, croutons, herb vinaigrette

Entrée (choose one when you purchase)

• Salmon – Saffron almond couscous, truffled tomato vinaigrette, broccolini
• French Chicken Breast – Orange rosemary glaze, roasted fingerling potatoes, roasted seasonal vegetables
• Skirt Steak – Au gratin potatoes, asparagus, mint chimichurri
• Butternut Squash Ravioli (Vegetarian) – Brown butter and sage cream sauce

Dessert

• Chocolate Cake – Raspberry cream cheese buttercream frosting, chocolate raspberry ganache, fresh raspberries

Ticket pricing:

• $60 per ticket through November 15
• $100 per ticket after November 15, until sold out

Tickets are limited, so reserve yours early.

HOW TO ORDER

Buying one ticket, or several with the same entrée:

1. Choose your entrée from the Entrée dropdown.
2. Set the quantity to the number of tickets.
3. Click Add to Cart, then Checkout.

Buying tickets with different entrées:
Each entrée is added to your cart separately. You’ll check out once at the end.

1. Choose the first entrée from the dropdown, set the quantity, and click Add to Cart.
2. Stay on this page. Choose the next entrée from the dropdown, set its quantity, and click Add to Cart again.
3. Repeat for each different entrée.
4. Click View Cart to make sure each entrée and quantity is correct, then click Checkout.

Example: You’re bringing your spouse. You’d like the Skirt Steak, and your spouse would like the Salmon.

• Select Skirt Steak, quantity 1, and click Add to Cart.
• Select Salmon, quantity 1, and click Add to Cart.
• Your cart will show 2 tickets, one Skirt Steak and one Salmon. Check out once.

Need to fix a mistake? In your cart, change the quantity or click the × next to an item to remove it before checking out.
