A New coea.com Is on the Way
The COEA Board of Directors has approved a redesigned coea.com. The goal is simple: make the website the place members come for meetings, education, code news and staying connected, and make renewing, registering and getting your continuing education credit easier.
THIS MONTH
Same login, same membership, same order history. Nothing to set up before launch.
What’s new for members
A homepage that keeps you current
Upcoming meetings, the latest news and Code Corner tips, and quick links to what members use most.
Education in one place
Seminar packages, the seminar schedule, scholarships and how to teach for COEA, all under Education.
Getting Credit for Your Courses
Who reports your hours: COEA reports DBPR hours; ICC, ASFPM and most PE hours you report yourself. Step-by-step help included.
My Licenses
Add your DBPR, ICC, CFM, PE or architect credentials in My Account, so we can point you to the courses that count for you.
Easier login
Step-by-step help on the login page. Use your work email; “Lost your password?” sends a reset link in minutes.
Recaps, agendas and minutes
A recap with highlights and photos after each general meeting, and approved agendas and minutes posted by year.
Photo albums
Pictures from meetings, seminars and the Holiday Banquet, grouped into albums.
Get Involved
Teach a COEA course, join a COEA committee, or volunteer with ICC, NFPA, UL, the Florida Building Commission and more.
Building Safety Inspections
Broward’s BSIP and Florida’s milestone inspections in one place, with links to the official forms.
